Workforce Overview

Reporting on the workforce is one of HR’s essential tasks. Workforce KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) are measurable metrics used to assess the effectiveness of various aspects related to managing and optimizing the workforce. In this report, we track several key metrics, including Headcount, Diversity and Inclusion Metrics (such as gender, ethnicity, and age), and salary range penetration. The salary range penetration metric highlights the percentage of employees whose salaries fall within the established salary range for their respective positions.
