Overview

Factorial HR is a human resources platform that holds the whole employee record in one place: time off and time tracking, shift and project management, onboarding and offboarding, performance and goal tracking, recruitment, a document manager, an organizational chart and HR reporting.

Sibasi supplies Factorial HR licensing under a reseller agreement and implements the platform. The licence on its own is the easy part; what decides whether an HR system gets used is whether the leave policy, the approval chain and the org structure inside the software match the ones the organization actually operates.

Deployment and customization are the engagement. Sibasi configures your leave types and accrual rules, your approval hierarchy and delegation, your document templates and your reporting, migrates employee records and leave balances out of whatever holds them today, and trains the HR team and the wider workforce separately, because the two need different things from the system.

Factorial also covers adjacent ground that is usually bought separately, device and IT inventory management, expenses and corporate cards, electronic signature, so an organization consolidating several small tools onto one employee record often finds the licence displaces more spend than it adds.

For organizations running payroll on GetPayroll, a Factorial HR integration add-on sits on the GetPayroll roadmap, connecting the employee record to the payroll run. It is not live today, and we would rather say so than have you plan a cutover around it.

Factorial publishes a starting rate of USD 8 per user per month. Sibasi quotes licensing and implementation together, against your headcount and the modules you actually intend to switch on, because a quote built on modules you will never enable is not a useful quote.
