GetPayroll: African Payroll Software

Payroll software for African businesses. Kenya PAYE, NSSF, SHIF, AHL and NITA stay current, with self-service payslips, bank files and M-PESA payouts.

Overview

GetPayroll is payroll software built for African statutory reality rather than adapted to it. Kenya is live: PAYE, NSSF, SHIF, AHL and NITA are maintained inside the product, so a rate change arrives as an update instead of a spreadsheet correction the month after it took effect.

Every run produces the artefacts the authorities actually ask for. P9 and P10 returns, NSSF and SHIF extracts, and bank bulk-payment files come out of the same run that produced the payslips, so the numbers filed and the numbers paid cannot drift apart.

Employees get a self-service portal for payslips and their own records, which removes the single largest source of payroll email. On the Pro plan, M-PESA direct disbursement with reconciliation closes the loop between the payroll run and the money actually landing.

Casual, hourly and off-cycle work is treated as normal rather than exceptional. Off-cycle runs, casual and hourly support, multi-level approvals and an advanced audit log are the difference between a payroll that fits a Kenyan workforce and one that fights it.

Deployment and customization are delivered by Sibasi. That covers statutory configuration for your organization, parallel runs against your existing payroll before cutover, migration of historical payslip and statutory data, and connecting payroll to the finance system you already run. Every plan includes a two-hour implementation and training session; larger multi-entity rollouts are scoped separately.

Integration add-ons connect payroll to the rest of the stack, Factorial HR, Dynamics 365 Business Central and QuickBooks Online, and are priced as a flat monthly fee per customer rather than per employee, so integrating does not get more expensive as you hire. These add-ons are on the roadmap rather than live today. A custom integration built against the Open API carries no add-on fee at all.
