  • A range becomes a fixed price after a short scoping call. What moves a price: users and departments, data to migrate, integrations, and how much is configured versus built.
  • Optional annual support and managed governance starts at 18% of the project value per year (minimum $1,800). Changes after go-live are $85 per hour, or a prepaid 20-hour block for $1,600.
  • Prices exclude VAT (16% in Kenya) and withholding tax.

Who ESG reporting support is for

  • Organizations answering ESG questionnaires from international customers, lenders or a parent group, and doing it from scratch each time.
  • Companies and groups with a formal reporting obligation, or an investor or regulator who will ask for one.
  • NGOs and development organizations whose donors now ask for emissions, social and governance data alongside programme results.
  • Suppliers to multinationals being asked for emissions data for the first time.
  • Less useful where there is no external request and no intention to act on the numbers. The value is in answering requests credibly and managing what the figures show.

What an ESG engagement covers

The configuration is straightforward. Agreeing what you are reporting, and who owns each number, is the project.

  • Which standards, frameworks and requests apply to you, and what each one requires.
  • A data map showing where every required figure lives and who can supply it.
  • Configuration of the solution: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sustainability for larger organizations, or a right-sized reporting solution for smaller ones.
  • Emission factors and calculation methods documented so they can be explained to an assurance provider.
  • Dashboards and report outputs for executives and for data owners.
  • Training for the people who own the data, and a handover that lets you run the next cycle yourselves.

How the engagement runs

  1. 1

    Assessment

We establish which requests and standards apply, what data you hold, and which solution fits. This is where we say if the full platform is not warranted.

  2. 2

    Data map and design

Every required figure gets a source, an owner and a method. Gaps are listed honestly, with a plan for each.

  3. 3

    Build and load

The solution is configured, historical data is loaded and the first dashboards are reconciled to source documents.

  4. 4

    First reporting cycle

We support the first cycle end to end, because that is when the real data issues appear.

  5. 5

    Handover

Your team takes over collection and reporting, with documentation of the methods used.

What you need in place

  • A named sponsor and a named owner for each category of data.
  • Access to the source records: utilities, fuel, HR, finance and procurement.
  • The list of ESG requests you have received, even if informal.
  • Willingness to start with an imperfect first cycle and improve it.

Working with Sibasi on ESG

Can we start small and grow?

Yes, and most organizations should. A first cycle covering the standards you are actually asked for, with a clear data owner for each figure, is more valuable than a broad platform nobody maintains. Scope expands as requests do.

Which data do you need from us at the start?

Whatever you already have: utility bills, fuel and travel records, headcount and HR figures, and a list of the ESG requests you have received or expect. The assessment identifies what is missing, which is normal.

Will you tell us if the full Microsoft platform is not the right fit?

Yes. If a lighter solution answers your requests, that is what we will recommend, and we will say why.
