Enumerators and inspectors fill in your forms on a phone or tablet, the app saves everything on the device, and the data syncs by itself when a connection returns. Supervisors see progress and quality as it comes in, not at the end.

Forms, lists and previous records are stored on the device. Your team keeps working in a village, a warehouse basement or a remote site, and nothing is lost.

Smart forms

Questions appear or hide depending on earlier answers, required fields are enforced and entries are checked as they are typed. Fewer mistakes, less cleaning later.

GPS, photos, signatures and scans

The app keeps working. Records are saved securely on the device and uploaded the next time it connects. We design which forms and reference data need to be available offline during scoping.

Which devices does it run on?

Android and iOS phones and tablets through the Microsoft Power Apps mobile app. We tell you early if any of your existing devices are too old.

Can we use our existing questionnaires?

Yes. We rebuild them as smart forms, keeping your question wording and adding the checks that save cleaning time.

Is it suitable for sensitive data?

Data is held in your Microsoft environment and access is role based. For sensitive surveys we agree device security and data handling rules with you up front.

Do we need to buy Microsoft licences?
